HIgh intensity

interval Training

Interval Training using weights, bodyweight and all of your effort.

STRONG Nation™

Combine body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

Tabata Training

Works in 20 second intervals of high intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, and repeated eight times for a total of four minutes

High Intensity Interval Training 

Is a class in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short sometimes active recovery periods HIIT this class will keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.

Small Group Training

In groups of up to 10 people, we will work through a circuit of different low-high intensity movements to push through the boundaries of our my and work the body to new limits. Workouts are set to different rounds of time intervals.

Dance + TonE

Musically driven dance fitness classes designed to burn calories and tone!

Zumba® 

Latin & International rhythm inspired dance fitness program with High and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. 

BollyX® 

Bollywood inspired Dance Fitness program with High and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.

Zumba® Sentao, Zumba® Toning & Zumba® Step 

Classes incorporate Chair, Toning Sticks and/or a Step for that full body burn.

BalletFIT

Ballet inspired fitness class. We will fuse elements of a Ballet class, incorporating 1st through 5th positions of arms and feet and floor work while adding elements of strength training with dumbbells, bands and bodyweight. This fusion will focus on building core strength, balance and flexibility.

Conditioning and Strength

Classes designed to increase muscle strength, power and speed.
 
POUND® Rock Out. Work Out.

Full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Leg Annihilation

This class features a combination of weightlifting and high intensity (HIIT) cardio to build muscle and burn fat. The moves are based on classic lifting techniques that let you isolate, stabilize, and focus each rep on the muscle group you're working. We finish off with a final round of core blasting exercises.

 

Death by dumbbell

A strength focused class that will help you will build strength, endurance power and agility. This class offers a combination of weightlifting and high intensity (HIIT) cardio to build muscle and burn fat. We use compound exercises to target multiple muscle groups and to channel your inner athlete.

TRX™ Suspension Training

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

MIND + BODY WELLNESS

Mat Pilates 

Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named. Pilates called his method "Contrology". This class is musically driven, keeping you moving to the beat. Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. Elements of cardio are also infused in this class.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a branch of yoga in which physical asanas(postures), pranayama(breath), and mudras( spiritual energy links) are used to bring the body to a heightened sense of a healthy lifestyle. Creating a union of oneness between mind, body and spirit. Hatha Yoga holds postures for longer periods of time than other types of yoga;  allowing the benefits of the practice to go deeper. Strengthening the body and mind moving towards complete relaxation without external attachments. Hatha Yoga is great for strengthening the core muscles, toning the body, stress management and improving sleep quality.
